I went to my gp today to get my blood test results, everything's normal except my iron levels. They're supposed to be 50 (whatever that means) and mine are 15 which according to my Dr. explains why I've been loosing hair. So I'm to start on an iron supplement 340 mg 3X a day.
At least it's something fixable. splitimage |

Well at least they found the problem.
I think my daughter needs to get checked and take iron too. not because of hair loss but sometimes she gets squeamish and all most passes out when on her period.

You can recover your iron deficiency with iron supplements and also you can take food that containing iron.
Stress is also a main cause of hair loss. So, treat your stress by meditation, exercise and always be happy. It will definitely help you to recover your hair problem. Good luck!! |
