I have what I believe to be Restless Leg Syndrome. Sometimes, all of my limbs feel sore and tight and I rub them down or occasionally get massages. When I rub down these tight limbs I notice a sensation that feels somewhat creepy crawly, almost itchy, kind of like little bugs are climbing all over me. Is there a particular reason why this would occur and should I be worried?

ak482, Are you on any medications that could cause these uncomfortable sensations? If they persist, please see a doctor.

I'm not on any prescriptions at the moment. It almost feels like when it happens that I'm popping a cluster of nerves somewhere.
