I've had a tremor in my right hand/arm for quite a while. The tremor gets worse when I am anxious. My pdoc said it was just related to anxiety. But now in the past week, my original tremor got worse and on top of that I developed new tremors. Suspecting my lithium, I had that tested, but the level is normal. Now my mental health doc is saying because it is normal it can't be the lithium and it's something medical and I need to contact my general doctor. But stuff I read says that lithium can cause tremors even if the level is normal. Also I have a history of shakiness caused by antip's. I see the pdoc about this tomorrow, what should I say?

I would just tell him what you have told us. About your history of it with other drugs, etc.

The drug Depakote really caused severe tremors in my hands, but nothing else has. They went away when I went off this med.

I discovered because I found my pill bottle somewhere else when I was refilling my pills, that I went a week without my wellbutrin.... I've also been more depressed this past week and very upset over everything. Mystery solved?
