I had major oral surgery done last Friday. The outside face swelling wasn't too bad but inside the mouth was but there was a lot of bruising on my lower left jaw below my mouth & under my chin. I had purchased the arnica gel after I fractured my back & also had used it on a finger & had hurt while jumping out of my truck bed one day.....helped those problems & I looked at the tube & it said for bruising.....so thought I would give it a try. Just kept putting in on every 4 hours or so 3-4 times a day. Within 1 day, the bruising was reduced by about 1/2......wow I never expected that kind of results.....they suggested warm packs.....but this is a gel that absorbs & doesn't even have a smell so it's easier than having to mess with moist heat.

I knew I had great success with it for the other injuries never thought it would work this great. Easy to get at any pharmacy in the US.

Just thought I would share my exciting discovery.
