Hello, i've been having some issues lately and i was wondering if anyone knew what could it be caused by or could suggest me what to do.

sorry for the long post and for posting about this, i dont think this is anything serious, but its causing me a lot of general and constant uneasiness. here's the symptoms list:

- cold sweats and shivers, worse at night but during the day too. gets a bit better after i eat something sweet but comes back soon.
- almost total insomnia
- palpitations during night
- nausea all day
- higher body temperature (not fever but higher than normal and i do feel it)
- headache, runny nose and sore throat (only this time and meds dont help)

im 33, female.
these symptoms occurred for the first time a few days before last period and disappeared a few days after it started. at that time i was still taking my meds (leponex) regularly at the very minimum dosage because planning on quitting, in agreement with doc.
the symptoms have reappeared now, a few days before my period but they're still here after 3 days my period started and they dont seem to subside.
this time, almost concurrently to the appearing of the symptoms i have quitted taking my meds and havent tried taking them again.
i've never been that regular and often my period arrives a few days later than normal but both these last times it arrived almost a week later creating more physical discomfort.

any idea?
Thanks

If you don't feel good, you should see a doctor. But it looks like my panic attacks.
Thanks for this!
