My hands and feet are constantly cold. No matter how many layers of socks I wear they're still cold but they sweat even though they're cold, which makes them even more colder. Same with my fingers. Anyone experience this other than me?

hey there littlemissjess!

Have you ever heard of hyperhidrosis? --that's what I have--- My hands and feet are constantly moist..... I have to be careful when I read a newspaper, magazine and even a book -- coz-- if my hands go across the pages I smear the ink! Cold hands/feet Cold hands/feet it's always been embarrassing to me! Cold hands/feet

Maybe this is your situation too? I also posted in Jan's "raynauds syndrome".... as I have that too-- the two things can go together-- but not in all cases.

I just got real lucky! Cold hands/feet Cold hands/feet

I'm here if you want to know more-- just a PM away.
Take care

My hands aren't moist all the time. I meant that as in if I wasn't wearing enough layers or something.

But I'm sitting here in this beautiful 77 degree weather here with no AC on but windows open and my toes are FREEZING and my hands aren't as bad. Probably cause I'm typing on my warm laptop. But it's a pain!

I always have cold hands and feet too, even when the rest of my body is hot, or its hot outside. I just attribute it to bad circulation in those areas .... maybe its just that? I wouldn't be too worried about it unless its interupting with your daily activities, or causing you pain.

May be hypothyroidism, have you had any bloodwork done lately? If not, see if your doc can run a thyroid function blood test, to rule out any thyroid issues.
Just a thought
