Hello. I don't know what is causing it but my muscle is twitching in my arm and I feel really weird. I want it to stop but it's not. It feels like it's shaking, but moving randomly and not constantly. Has twitching happened to anyone on here before? What do you to help? Thanks for the response

I twitch sometimes when I haven't had enough sleep - but I'd go to the drs if you think it's more serious and doesn't go away even after rest - just looked on website, and eyelids and arms and limbs are common twitchers and happen in almost everyone, often one of my eyelids twitched, I noticed it yesterday, this was due to lack of sleep

Not that night, no. I didn't have anything since lunch because of negative feelings and stuff. It hasn't happened again so it was probably because of hunger and thirst. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Stress (physical or mental) or "nerves" was very likely the cause. Glad it went away.

Glad it went away...sometimes muscles get hyperstimulated and just twitch. Stress, caffeine, lack of sleep, electrolyte imbalance (mine was always after I'd run...my calves would cramp up so I'd eat a banana). If I don't get enough sleep for a few days, my eyelid will twitch all morning, nothing I can do about it except maybe drink some water. It's a giant pain.
