Gee...I thought I was the only one around here having to go through both an endoscopy and colonoscopy at the same time. Am apprehensive to say the least cuz my appt. is coming up tomorrow. Just want it behind me (no pun intended).

Will be praying for you.

Thanks Halliebeth. I appreciate your encouragement.

I just mixed my solution with Gatorade. The fun begins in 2 hours.

Wow...that's a lot of solution! I just have Polyethylene Glycol powder to mix with 64 oz. of Gatorade. Sounds like petro fuel for engines.

Am not looking forward to that stuff wreaking havoc on my system tonight...ugh.

As far as pain with an epidural, I'm convinced it's the technique of the anesthesiologist. I had surgery back in '97 and they recommended one for better recovery, however after much poking and proding, I demanded them to stop, I'd deal with the post surgery in my own way.
Had one at some point during labor with my oldest. This dr didn't poke nor prod nor cause discomfort. He ended up being the same for the spinal for my third child and....performed my spinal tap. I'm convinced it's technique by virtue of this one doctor.
