can any body give me techniques to get rid of chest pain I take clonopin and exercise daily I am only 31

Hello melmyers1107: I'm sorry you are having this difficulty. I'm not really aware of any techniques for getting rid of chest pain. A lot probably depends on what's causing your pain. I would think it would be important to have something like this checked out with a physician. I took Klonopin for a brief period of time & never had any side effects like this.

It's possible, I suppose it could have something to do with how you're exercising. If that's the case, a professional physical fitness trainer may be in order. Or perhaps you might try modifying your exercise routine a bit. Perhaps you're doing too much of the same thing day after day. At least, these are the things that come to my mind. Perhaps others, here on PC, will have better suggestions.

I get chest pain from anxiety. Chest pain can also be from indigestion or a heart problem. It might be a good idea to see a cardiologist just to be safe.

please see a doctor and have them do an ekg, or go to the emergency room
