Listening on off today to guided visualization feel good for first time in awhile though there arrested still worries at the back of my headed.i was doing one for sleep and it made me feel tired now I'm a bit dizzy.ive had a headache all this week and developed a hematom from being thrown against a wall by a security guard at hospital for trying to leave.i earlier this week.ive taken a tension headache med and feel better but then the dizziness started after I listened to the guided visualization about sleep.dont know if this is normal cause it said in the tape don't operate or drive machinery afterwards and also it will make you sleepy.or i don't know if this is something else as headache is better.

Hello passionfruit3: Well... yes... I do think one can experience some dizziness as a result of doing guided visualization. At least when I have done this sort of thing, or focused intently on a candle flame or mandala, I have had that experience.

However, from what you describe, it sounds equally plausible that you may have sustained a concussion. I can't imagine being thrown against a wall by a hospital security guard. Perhaps that's the way things are done in California. Here in Minnesota, where I live, there would be consequences for such an action. At the very least that security guard would be looking for new employment. I'm sorry you had this terrible experience. Please take care...
