Apologize for the details.

I really need suggestions because this is becoming way too much to be unbearable.

I somehow cut, tore, or something my ****. I noticed I had a massive bowel movement and that might have caused it, plus wasn't drinking a lot of water.

Every time I need to go, it's brutal hell. The pain starts way before the bowel movement happens and during, I am grabbing something or ending up biting down on something. I can't even wipe which I need to shower after. There is blood each time. Not a lot to make the toilet water red or pink but only thing to wiping I can do is dab... which shows blood.

I've had about 4-5 bowel movements today. All of which has been soft but the pain is so unbearable I don't want to even take a ****.

I have stool softeners i got from a surgern from a surgery in the summer. I took some of them last night while ensuring I drank enough fluids.

I made an appointment with my doctor in the next few days. I'm stuck at work for 5 days (suppose to work 3 days a week) for 12 hour shifts and I am not sure what to do. I'm trying to get enough fluids in me but no matter what I do, nothing is helping. I would sit in a bath but again I am stuck at work.

I'm planning to buy fruits tomorrow to bring to work to help with fluids and fiber but again I doubt that will help with the pain.

After, sitting hurts.

Any help or suggestions would be very helpful. I only know about hemmriods but this, no idea. And google search hasn't been effective.

Hello FairyLeaf: I'm sorry you are having this distressing experience. My suggestion is to have yourself checked out in emergency services somewhere... asap...

Your problem sounds like an **** fissure.

The only things I can suggest is clean with wet toilet paper after a bowel movement and apply petroleum jelly or diaper cream on the area. The cream seems to help relieve the tenesmus, the constant urge to go.

Get some Tucks wipes. They might sting at first but they should help. Or even like cottonelle wipes.

could be hemorrhoids. Not sure though get checked by a doctor. How about a sitz bath? That is what my internal medicine doctor recommends. Use epson salts.

sometimes I have this problem my doctor recommends a high fiber diet, fluids and as my doctor put it a little vaseline or KY jelly (a water based lubercant) can go a long way in making things easier. I tried both and both worked great.
