I've posted quite a bit on here lately, but due to grief, my anxiety and panic has been going a bit crazy. I just can't seem to feel hungry or like I have an appetite anymore. Partially due to nausea, but I also don't feel hungry even if I'm feeling pretty okay. Any tips?

I'm so sorry you're having a rough time these days. When I'm experiencing a lot of anxiety it is very, very difficult for me to eat. I suggest sipping ginger ale (helps with nausea) and eating soda crackers or rice cakes. When I feel anxious I stick to plain, easy food. Ginger anything helps with nausea.

Eat with family and friends. If you live alone, you may not take the time to prepare a proper meal. Try inviting a friend for lunch or dinner, or organize a pot luck dinner once a week. You can also heighten the flavor of the dish that you will be dining in. It might help you regain your appetite.

I have had the same problem from time to time. I'm sorry you're going through this.
