Hi, there. I was just diagnosed yesterday with gastroparesis (it's a pretty bad disease), and I'm having a terrible time keeping it together. I'm at work right now, and I can't seem to stop crying. Focusing on my job is next to impossible. My boss is out all week, and I have nothing to do with her gone except sit and stare at my computer...and think about what's wrong with me.

I don't know what to do. Is there anything that can help me calm down or keep my mind off it?
Hugs from:

First off BREATH!! Before you start to panic wait to see what all they are going to say and how much the diet change will help. You can always panic later.
