At first, I went through a week of hypomania. It felt amazing! Unlike the zombie I have been the past 2 years... Now I am in severe I don't know what. Depression, can't sleep, can't eat, developed startup strep throat... It's really overwhelming.

See a doctor and get back on meds. That is your only recourse, IMHO. It will likely only get worse.
Thanks for this!

What were you thinking? Those meds are messing with your BRAIN chemicals and can do the same coming off them without MD assistance.

Call your doctor... you owe him/her that much because he/she is assuming you're on your meds.
