I am someone who has a hard time building muscle. As a teen and a child I went to the gym and lifted weights. But, I never felt ANY improvement. It just felt like I was newly weak every day. I have mentioned this to my doctor but she always gives me the shrug of indifference. So yesterday I pained ONE stair on a stairwell that I am paining and I am in super pain. All over. Just from he added exercise.
That just really feels like it shouldn't be. I would go "work out" but I truly feel it will get me no place.
Anyone have anything like this - or know of anything?
