I'm having lbs-d for several days alongside fatigue and depression from 1 beer. This is a trend any time I try beer but much less so with liquor. If I understand this it may explain the root of all my problems. Could it be yeast, hops, or something?

I'd definitely recommend talking to your doctor about this. In the meantime, I'd avoid alcohol entirely if you're noticing this, including liquor.

Hi Americano,

I have had this reaction before. Perhaps this is a sign that alcohol isn't good for you... Which it isn't.

Take it as a sign that it isn't the best thing to drink. I have similar reactions to liquor. If I take a single beer I can tell my body isn't doing well the next day. Some people are just allergic to liquor period.

Definitely talk to your doctor though in case it is not just alcohol causing this.

Thanks,
HD7970ghz

I would think it is probably a gluten intolerance from the beer. Beer tends to give that, reaction, however - but if your problem is persisting as long as it is you may have a GI bug or something.
