I went to the doctor the other day because I had tingling in my feet originally I thought it was the increase in medication because coincidentally it started happening around that time. My doctor ran a bunch of tests and they found out I have a b12 defiancy which explains why I get so tired easily and I get lightheaded and I also found out it can cause weight loss in some cases and my pdoc kept saying it was stress and it can also cause anxiety and night sweats both which I have been experiencing lately more often. My pdoc kept brushing it off like it's nothing like no we need to up your meds but the real problem was I had a b12 defiancy and thank goodness I took care of it or it could of gotten worse. I trust my pdoc but now I'm having my doubts not once did my pdoc ever think maybe just maybe it is something else so much for being a doctor and looking out for my health. I'll bring it up in my next session and naturally I'll be contradicted saying no it's not that stop googling! It is stress!!

Yes, there are a number of things that happened with my pdoc that caused me not to assume he always knows what he's talking about. So your experience doesn't surprise me. Hope the added B12 resolves your tingling, lightheadedness, & fatigue.
