Hi folks, any osteopaths here?
I was informed (at a massage place) that I have a T2 rotation to the left (rotation thr 4 C/S) and am not sure what exactly it means & how to treat it. Currently not in a place to attend an osteopath.. Any advice would help!
*I also have a bit of an overbite, if that helps

Those sound like the letters of your spine. Sounds like they are talking about manipulation for alignment. Do you practice yoga, at all? Sometimes, I find that a decent alternative to the chiropractor. I went to one a few times, until the last time I went(long story felt worse not better). The teeth are not part of the spine.
Thanks for this!
