I got a question about constiantpation. I have been to the ER twice and to my other doctors none they give me people I don't see. About 3 times. I want to know what would help it. The medication I take now don't helo it

Ask to see a gastroenterologist. I don't know if your insurance requires a referral.

Drink lots of water. Avoid dairy. Try taking Metamucil everyday.

Have you tried adding soluble fibre to your diet? Prunes and bran are good.

Lots of water, vegetables and fruits, coffee (especially espresso), Metamucil, something with a lot of fat in it, like ice cream. Eat a bunch of it. The fat might cause you to poop.
And there's Colace. |
