Has anyone heard that sugar free gummy bears cause really bad diarrihea and stomach issues? It’s the stuff of internet lore. I’m not sure if it’s real. The amazon reviews are hilarious. I bought a bag today. They do actually have a warning on the back. I’m really constipated and it’s making my other current issues worse. I’m hoping these will work. I plan on eating them on the weekend when I don’t work. Some of the reviews say it’s could get very bad.

Does anyone have experience with sugar free gummy bears or sugar free candy in general?
Thanks for this!

Sugar free candy, protein bars, fiber bars. Oh yeah. Stay out of the swimming pool this weekend! You wont be able to "trust" your farts.

Also, ya know, its like our mothers had ONE JOB, and that was to toilet train us? That also means to teach us how to eat so we poop regular and get on with our day!!! I was constipated most of my adult life. I finally figured it out. Like when i was 60. You wanna get it done before that!
Thanks for this!

I usually alternate between being really regular and constipated for 10 days to 2 weeks at a time. I’m eating the same stuff all the time. It’s weird.

I had 4 of them today. While it wasn’t anywhere near as dramatic as the reviews, it did work the way I wanted it to.

I think it's the sugar alcohol in them that makes you go!

I may have developed an intolerance due to how many diet sodas I drink, but I usually don't have any issues with sugar-free candies. But everyone's bodies are different!
