Hello, I am trying to change my diet because the one I have now is absolutely disgusting. I am trying to eat healthier. Can any of you recommend meal plans or something?
Thank you.
Thanks for this!

I believe in the idea that changes stick better by starting off slow and a single adjustment at a time. Maybe look at the daily allowances charts and find out if your weakness is in sugars or salts and find a healthier alternative. Also add in a few days a week of devoting 15 minutes of exercise to begin.

What is it about your diet that you don't like? Is it late night snacking? Too much soda? Lack of calories? Too many calories? Emotional eating? Too much sugar? Too many carbs?

snack on raw veggies, like baby carrots and celery; use baby lettuce to make salads, put some tuna on them if you like that; buy better bread~! frozen is better than canned or packaged, usually.

learn to read the label~! if you can't pronounce it, don't eat it. learn to use the oven to make meat and potatoes, mac n cheese, macaroni and tuna, or salmon, or even chicken (use the macaronis made with vegetables, they taste just the same).

google "beginner recipes" (repeat after me: NO MORE TAKEOUT )

Better Diet

use canned or boxed (NOT cubes) broth to make soup; add all the veggies you like and left-over meat. refrigerate canned veggies and eat cold for snacks.
