I’m thinking of starting this. I’ve basically been doing the 16/8 for 2.5 years without realizing it, I’m thinking of some of the other types though. The 500-600 calories twice a week sounds pretty good. I’m not sure about the 24 hours once a week. I’m struggling right now, so I think it would be helpful. I’ve read that fasting the right way is good for you. I read that some doctor lost 125 pounds in 8 months. Does anyone know about this and what the best one would be for someone who’s 15 pounds overweight?
