I've been noticing that I get these laughing spells. Now normally they last for just a few seconds where I just burst out laughing and then end up staring into space with my mind going blank. I thought these were my tics because I have permanent brain damage from docs overdosing me on meds in the past. My boyfriend catches me over the phone doing this at times and just takes a while for me to realize it because I seem out of it during the time. Lately this happened, when we were making love, I started getting these tickling sensations all over my body so when he kissed me I burst out laughing so hard that I did it for longer than several minutes. My partner just sat there staring at me because he didn't know what the hell was going on, but I was laughing so hard that I was choking. When I tried to stop, I would start back up again. This is the second time this has happened in our love life. I don't know if this is a sensory issue or neurological. All that I know is that I have a brain lesion on my cerebellum, and my mom is very afraid that I might end up having Lupus in the future because my Native American grandmother had it, and died of her body shutting down from it. There's a family history of immune-system disorder. Type 1 Diabetes, Lupus and MS, ADHD. So I don't know if it's because of that. I'm talking to my nurse practitioner soon about this because it's scaring me, and I don't know what the hell is going on honestly.

Thanks for sharing this. Good luck with your NP appointment. I hope you're able to get some answers to this.
