After eating late.
This is the second time I got sick after a condo board meeting and also, a second time that I ate after the meeting. I suspect what happens is that normally I eat at 5 or 6 and then head up to the bedroom at 8 or 8:30. But when I eat after the meeting I have the dinner at 7:30 or 8 and lie down at 8:30 or 9. Probably messing up my digestion. I think lesson learned. |

Just the thought of attending a board meeting makes me queasy…
