I'm concerned. If relaxing and muscle relaxers haven't helped, I wonder if it is a muscular pain. Can you describe it?

Something that is a pain med might be helpful.

I get that at times. Mine is from the muscle that wraps up over the shoulder into the chest. I use my TENS unit, and heat, and sometimes ice massages to numb it so it can recover. Got any bengay or that type of sport's creme? Meditation... mine is from stress usually (if I haven't tried to lift something I shouldn't have.)

Feel better!

ty perna will take a look at those.

echoes it started out as extreme pain in my chest that moved around to the back. it is all tensed up back there but still sore in the front a little bit. I have had this one time before and had to get a shot in the muscle to relax it. it is the muscle that goes around the chest and back. ouchy. pain meds haven't really done anything either. errrrrrrrr

sky don't have any of that stuff. I will get in the hottub again before bed tonight before we go home tomorrow.

Be, go buy a heating pad and if you must, an electric blanket. When mine is hurting badly, I turn the electric blanket on and get in bed and let the blanket drape over the parts that hurt.

You can hold the heating pad on the front for a little while and then on your back for a little while. Be really careful not to burn yourself. It's easily done because the muscle pain tends to be greater than the burnig sensation.

I hope you feel better soon!
