I've been short of breathe since before covid. They've run all kinds of tests. Including covid, and everything looks fine. I was told next step a lung specialist. People comment on my breathing. I sound like I'm going to die whenever i exert myself. I exercise regularly, i still breathe horribly. It started a out a year ago.
A witch put a death spell on me, thinking maybe it's this. I don't really believe in it, but that's about the time i started having breathing issues. They'll blame on me being fat, cause nothing seems wrong.

Hope you're able to come up with a non-serious answer to this. I also feel as though I'm short of breath all the time although I don't seem to be. I haven't seen a doctor about it.

People tell me to get checked out, it's scary to them how I'm breathing. Unnatural.

A specialist is a good next step. Forget the witch mumbo jumbo. Hoping you find an answer.

It could be heart. Having trouble breathing after exercise. Or yes, check lungs. Are you a smoker or a former smoker? Whatever it is, I am sure it’s not witches spell but I hope they find out what it is so you can have peace of mind.

i also was short of breath, for about four and a half months. i was tested for covid too and was negative. also had chest xray, showed just slight scar, nothing of concern. my doc put me on two different kind of inhalers but they didn't help much. i have a heart condition so i also got an echocardiogram but my results were stable. i wish the testing could tell me what i have but at least they told me what i don't have. my doc suggested spirometry but with covid, i declined. if you can see a lung specialist, that would be helpful.
meanwhile there are things you can do to maybe try to feel better. from what i learned about our lungs from all the covid news, it said they are primarily in our back area. so i started to sleep on my side as much as i could. i would use pillows, blankets, anything i could find to prop me off of my back when sleeping. i also did some acupressure.
