Okay so Mental health makes us sick sometimes but Im soo sick that I am acutally now smelling of vomit,I did not vomit but still I smell like I did I feel weak and I have heavy breathing. I got my injection done yesterday and the doctor has put me on stronger dose and for every 3weeks Ill get it done instead of every once a month. I havent gotton my period in ages and ages and I was wondering how to get better or even seem to be.

  Getting better can be a long process and can sometimes take years. Unfortunately i don't have a lot of things to suggest other than the usual: see a therapist, take meds if necessary, practice self-care, find distractions, reach out when in need of Support. Sorry if i am not of Help but Please do remember that we are here to listen if you need to and want to! Tell your doctor about your physical symptoms. I'm sorry you're not feeling well.
