I’ve been drinking about 7 glasses of very cold water a day. Lately when I’ve been drinking it with meds or food I feel funny. I’m not used to cold water I’ve mostly had room temp my whole life.

Does anyone know about this?

My dad does! He always yelled at us for drinking cold stuff. He said thats how you got colds.

Ive heard that you burn some margin of calories raising the water to your body temp, but i dont think anybody ever turned into lorenzo lamas drinking cold water. Mr lamas does 300 situps a day.

I have this thing with drinking water. And just water in general. I’ve had it for a long time. At least my family is protected from aliens.

No, it's not bad for you. However, listen to your body. If you feel uncomfortable having your water so cold, then alternate cold and room temp
Thanks for this!
