I can’t remember if you should be drinking a lot of water with kidney disease or limiting your water intake. But I’ve been drinking a lot of water because of my anxiety and my weight loss has stalled. I’ve even gone up a couple pounds even though I’m eating normally. I don’t feel like I look like I’m retaining water. My shirts are fitting a bit weirdly but there could be other explanations for that.

Does anyone know anything about this?

drinking too much water will deplete essential "elements" or im not sure the word im looking for but bottom line drinking too much water will goof up the "balance" of the key factors that keep the "chemistry" in your body in sync.. it flushes out sodium and potasium and so forth and ive been witness to problems that arrise from too much water intake in my mom, my gma a great aunt & a cousin and its quite an ordeal and can take time to undo it & get things right again & can cause a snowball of new problems that will begin due to it and/or take an awful toll on causing any current problems to get worse than they already were..
