So, my ****ing neck hurts coz I have a ****ing huge as lump in my neck and my dad says it's because of sitting down all day. I'm miserable my dad is a **** like I don't get sad enough because I fear what will happen to me when my mum dies.

black-roses, where is the lump? In the front? Side? Back? Can you describe it more, please? Are you able to get to a doc? It's likely not anything to worry about, but I'm sure you want to know what it is and get it treated..

The side of my neck he send it was swollen lymph nodes and is likely a result of an infection as I have stuff on my scalp that I picked and it became infected. He took some swabs
