I called the nurseline. It's so awful I took a tylenol and am drinking water, she says if still in pain after an hour call back. I really need to work today, I hope I get better. But I cannot work with the pain I'm in.

I think I'll sleep and hope it gets better.

Tylenol is not an anti-inflammatory. Ibuprophen is. So if there is any swelling or inflammation happening, tylenol wont help.

Is it like cramps? In my 40's i had a couple of months where i had pain from endometriosis. I think eating too much soy still brings it on for me. Its a horrible stabbing pain. My gyn said all it has to be is a tiny speck of tissue bumping into a nerve.

I dont know what the contraindications are about taking ibu after tyl.

The nurse said tylenol do not take ibuprofen. Anyway I got well enough to work.
