This lady I knew in 2015 was talking about how her bladder fell out and I swear that was one of the funniest things I ever heard. Everytime I thought of it I'd just start cracking up laughing. Later I learned the correct term was bladder prolapse.
But yesterday (sorry this post is super tmi) and today I was constipated and this morning I was straning so hard my heart was pounding and I was getting dizzy. An hour later when I was walking to the family room I felt this like heavy feeling down there. Kinda like something was pushing or dropping maybe? Now its uncomfortable to sit with my legs crossed and I'm in a bit of pain and theres some stinging going on. I mean I know I had surgery last October. I'm wondering if maybe I have a prolapsed bladder? Part of me is thinking thats what I get for laughing about it all these years. Update: now the pain is worse then it was before. I took tylenol and it helped with the cramping but not with the other stuff. This feels like the pain I had after my hystrectomy. Its not a type of pain I've had since last October.

You go to a doctor and get it checked out.

Call your doctor or a nurse. Straining isn’t good. Do you eat enough fiber? I’d talk to doctor about constipation and other symptoms

I see my doctor tommorow. The pain is still there along with bouts of urinary retention, thinking I have to go but I actually don't, and having a hard time emptying my bladder. I don't know if I eat enough fiber but I drink a ton of water.
