I notice my hair all over the house and it's not just one area that it looks thin but my whole head looks sparse. I did this test like in December to find out my food intolerances and I also found I had a thyroid issue. The frustrating part is that I get bad constipation as well and I need to go to the naturopath it's a lot of money but I am worried about how that is affecting my health and my mental health. Also I've been noticing my periods are getting heavier and heavier every month. I have to clean my sheets twice. I washed them yesterday but now I have to do today because there's blood on it. I look so bloated and it's making me feel down I don't like it when I have periods or even the week before because I get really depressed and start having wack thoughts. Sigh maybe I'm making a big deal but also the smell from my inner bits have been bothering for a year and I've been on priobiotics for two months but no sign of change. Since western medicine couldn't figure out why I had the smell no infections no nothing I had to go to the naturopath. I am desperate because it makes me feel disgusting as a human I don't understand how I can shower but my lady bits smell like that. It almost smells diseased when I go to my sister's house if I sit down she's like an I going to need to wash the bean bag because of the smell. I just want the smell to go away it's affecting every part of my life now. I don't even think of going out on dates with guys about it because I know it's disgusting etc.
