My blood pressure is 123 over 89 and my pulse is 67 and I feel like something bad is going to happen.
Should I just try to sleep it off or should I seek medical help? What would an ER do anyways? Last night my blood pressure was 118 and my pulse was 101

Those are pretty much perfect readings. I have to take medication to reach those goals. 120/80.

According to my doctors notes I am diagnosed with high blood pressure and I'm told to avoid caffeine. Not that I really do avoid it much. The notes also said to avoid salt for the blood pressure, a high protein diet for my chronic kidney disease, and avoid spicy stuff for my stomach issues.
Ummm ok.. thats a lot.

I know you count calories, but it might be more useful to count macros. The My fitness pal site counts and summarizes all that stuff. When i was trying to plan my mothers diet for her kidneys, phosphorus was driving me crazy, it was in everything! Anyway the site gives you more than just fat cabs and proteins and sodium, it gives you like every freakin vitamin and mineral too.
It seems like you are accustomed to eating a fairly plain, relatively monotonous diet. Thats pretty much what i do. Canned fish and chicken, rice, beans, peas, green beans and mushrooms, kimchi, instant coffee, tea, crystal light. And as of today no more cookies! Cross my heart hope to die, stick a pin in my eye! Salad!!! Its a pain to track macros (or track weight watchers) every day, so i just track once in a while. |

My resting heart rate is 105 and I'm practically asleep in bed. So I'm not even moving around. Twice today I got dizzy and out of breath and my blood pressure shot up to 130. Idk. I don't feel anxious.
Currently I just took it and my blood pressure is 103 over 78 and my pulse is 107.

I’m not sure why your Dr thinks you have high bp with those readings? Unless you had a different much higher one when it was taken in a healthcare setting? The ones you quote are all fine.
107 seems a touch high for resting pulse but pulse rate can go up and down. Have you got a sports watch? They can give you a realistic reading for the course of a day, you’ll likely see the graph goes up and down quite a bit. |

Ask your doctor why you were told that you have bp.
