Does this stuff work for weight loss? I see sucess stories on TV from supposedly real people. I looked online and it says it doesn't work all that well. A months supply is only $60. It claims not to interfere with any meds.
I don't know. It seems like it would be worth a shot maybe. At least to try.

I would be curious as to exactly what it is. Is it like psyllium, where it gums up your guts, or what? I wish i could have been successful on ozempic, but my gut was waking me up at night with shooting pains, and that had never happened before in my lufe, or since - after a few months off it. I suppose it coulda just been gas getting trapped because they say it (Oz) slows down your digestive system. But i have been trying very hard to just eat what i REALLY need to (cookies are an essential food group), and not wait too long (too hangry) to eat, which is tricky, because you have to work with topamax which is telling you you arent THAT hungry.
I started getting the 6 pack of romaine from krogers which is just enough for 1 salad for me each, they are a little smaller than the usual romaine head. |

I don't eat meat, eggs, or fish anymore. I'm on metformin. I rarely drink zero sugar soda. I cut back on coffee and fast food. And I'm still not having any luck on my own. I'm just maintaining. I do still drink a lot of soda and I don't move around much though.
Yeah the high price of Ozempic isn't the only reason I don't want to take it. I don't think I'd do well with the side effects. I am having a lot of stomach issues my mom told me I need to take care of before I start anything.
