Has anyone heard of these? They are OTC. Made with vitamins. They dont have any caffeine. I took one last night and it seemed to work. I wasn't hungry afterwards. It also got rid of my bad stomach pain.

I have looked them up. They seem to be a really expensive but yes convenient way to consume apple cider vinegar. The evidence for ACV is skim though.
"A totally tasty gummy ring made with Apple Cider Vinegar, B12 and Chromium to support lean body mass and help boost metabolism.*" So the only vitamin it is made of, apparently, is B12 which you would not need now that you are back to eating animal foods, right? Chromium? "Chromium deficiency has not been reported in healthy populations, and no definitive deficiency symptoms have been established [3,4]." Chromium - Health Professional Fact Sheet which goes on to say "This section focuses on five conditions in which chromium might have beneficial effects: impaired glucose tolerance and diabetes, metabolic syndrome, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), dyslipidemia, and weight and lean body mass." so I suggest you read that section as you apparently are focusing on lean body mass. How it worked in your last night could have been random or placebo. And why did you replace a normal meal with a gummy? But at any rate, why aren't you working with a registered dietitian? Do you not have insurance coverage for one? You should not be experimenting with questionable (and expensive) OTC stuff, especially with the plethora of your symptoms. You should be supervised and counseled regularly. Your GI doctor should be able to refer you to an RD, I would think.
