My blood pressure and pulse have been all over the place today and the last time I took it it was 124/94 and my pulse was 114.

I feel crappy. Just some aches and pains and nausea. I threw up last night twice. I'm going through med withdrawels

I don't really like going to the ER. They are kinda dissmisive. And they make me sit in the hallway and you can hear all the nurses and doctors talking

No that’s not serious. Blood pressure fluctuates it’s normal. Do what your mother suggested.

Maybe you could try tracking your caffeine intake. Seems like you mentioned coffee and dew a few times the past day or two? I am super sensitive to caffeine. One coffee, okay. Two, or one and a coke, and i am a jjitttteerry mess.

Jittery. I reset my keyboard time to long from medium. Wtf.

I am not clear what concerns you. The diastolic reading of 94, does that seem too high for you? The systolic 124 is only a tad higher than normal.

Are you taking your blood pressure sitting? You are supposed to sit and do something neutral for 5 minutes before you take the blood pressure. Blood pressure is higher when you stand.

Try measuring after you have been sitting for at least 5 minutes.
