How does the internal part work? Like shes just a physical therapist. Not a doctor. I don't get how she does things without me getting turned on or something weird like that. I don't want to end up feeling violated or something.

These are good questions, have you thought of asking the therapist directly as to what to expect in terms of exercises and touching?

There are also YouTube videos which might help, as well.

She will ask you whether you are comfortable with internal work. If you are not, there are things that she can still do while you are dressed. I do not think it is as powerful, though, but it is something.

So I know this post is old but basically what she said internal PT looks like is she sticks her finger up there and I have to squeeze really hard. And I was kinda scared about doing it for a few reasons but one of them is she was pretty hot and I was concerned I'd have a you know.....

But PT was succesful anyways.
