I weigh 220. I should be about 170. Lately it hurts just to exist. Walking down the hallway is painful. I am not meant to be this heavy.
I'm guessing the first step would be to get down to 1200 calories or so a day and lose weight first from diet and then add in the working out? I've already cut out soda and I only drink one or 2 coffees a day. But like I'll try working out and then I'll throw up and I'll need to lie down the rest of the day.

Eat 4-6 g of protein first during your meals. That will fill you up and help keep you from feeling hungry

I'd suggest cutting right back on, or even eliminating dairy/poultry and replacing it with healthier non fattening option of your choice. And make sure the replacement contains good levels of protein.
