Lately I'll randomly fall asleep during the day for a couple hours without realizing it. Like I'll just wake up and realize I was asleep. Its kinda weird. It could be med related. I know at night I wake up coughing a lot in my sleep and sometimes I wake up coughing so hard I puke.

Yikes, that sounds so scary. What does your doctor say about all these things? I am so terribly sorry you are in such a confusing and stressful situation. Are you okay right now?

Since you posted elsewhere that you have another sleep disorder, this might be part of a cluster of sleep-related problems.

I only fall asleep like this when I am jet lagged traveling East. Like in the middle of a sentence. One time I fell asleep sitting up right on a chair in a restaurant. But it’s not for hours. It’s brief

I’d consult with your doctor. How do you sleep at night?
