it rained here last night then turned to snow, woke at 3 AM pain flare soooooo bad I couldn't get back to sleep, been hobbling around, even bottom of feet hurt feels swollen, need walker today, please feel free to add to this thread , I don't want to be alone in my whine

I have a never ending headache from yesterday and a bad wrist... and it's kinda hard to *not* use my wrist because I use a manual wheelchair... What fun. Not. Feel better soon!!!

Is this an open whine session?
 I hope things are better for you soon. I can't seem to get the final draft of my research done, my knees are hurting like crazy, I can't find work, my sons are a walking disaster area for house messes, and I am tired of gray, cold days. |

I did fine yesterday but not last night. I had to get up at 5:00 and turn on the air conditioning so I cold get some cool air for my asthma and be able to sleep. So, I had a broken night and my asthma is worse today again, than it had been the last couple days. We had rain all night so a front must have wandered through and the asthma doesn't like weather changes I don't think.

My whine is my knee is hurting like crazy. I sprained it a couple of weeks ago and it still hurts. I have been up on it too much today trying to get my apartment clean for the bug guy coming on Thursday.
