I haven't been feeling so good cause of my eating disorder...

I went out to my SUV... and was getting something out of the back.. and closed the lid.. on my head...banged my head so hard.. have a gash...hurt my neck..

owie....

yes I know.. you are all saying "how did she do that?"

but wonder if you can get a concusion? is that possible...

Yes, it is possible.

Please see a doctor about this. Head injuries are nothing to mess with. What looks like something small could cause big problems. There's a lot of important equipment in your head. Best to get it checked out even if it turns out to not be of concern. Hope you feel better soon!

I agree, see a doctor. You can get a concussion just about any time you hit your head, if it's hit juuuuust right.

I hope you feel better soon.

Well if you hit your neck you probably didn't get a concussion.

Concussion's are almost always caused by head trauma.

If you have any blurred vision or numbness in your arms or legs you should consult a doctor.

How big is the laceration on the back of your neck? Is it healing okay?
