I kind of went doc happy today LOL. I saw my eye doc, my T, my nurse at my pdoc's office and my GI doc. My GI doc diagnosed me with IBS and gave me a regimine of fiber, colace, and if needed miralax. She also told me to eat 6 small meals throughout the day. The problem I have with this is right now I'm only eating 1-2 times a day. How do I increase my intake to 6 times a day without gaining weight? I am scared to death to gain weight. I know not to eat a huge meal 6 times a day but how do I balance it so I'm not gaining weight? I am steadly losing right now and that is what I need to be doing. So any suggestions would be appreciated.

I think 6 small meals is what was said right? you know the right things to eat. maybe do protein shakes instead of full meals.
