It isn't just the cold sore on the lip, although THAT unsightly thing is bad enough, I get the full body symptoms and this time it's the full deal.
Fever, headache, pain from throat to rectum and fatigue that strong coffee doesnt even touch. I know I should be avoiding strong coffee but I wanted to get to work.
I'm off all but water and cranberry juice as it seems like this started with a bladder infection... or maybe that pain is just part of it all, idk.
Taking Acyclovir too.

ugh. everything hurts.

I'm sorry you're feeling so bad. Take really good care of yourself concerning sleep, food and rest, & (if possible) no stress. I am so glad you are on the medicine that will get you through a bit faster. FYI It comes in a tablet form + a topical cream. Dr. Rx needed but shortens days of illness & pain.

I have an Rx for a year for both the cream and capsule--they really do help me feel better sooner. Rest is easy when it's a bad one like this time and the fatigue is so severe.

Thank you Perna! Big things are happening at work and I need to be there. One day off helped but I would have rather been home today too. The weekend is a-comin
