Wow! I went for the first time today and I felt really good right after he adjusted my neck and back.. I have had so much pain in my shoulder and back from my car accident that I was beginning to think I wouldn't ever get better. I am having a different outlook now.

I went in, he explained all about how the vertebrae line up, how the nerves start from the spine and move out through the arms, neck, etc. He took x-rays and found that my spine is STRAIGHT! oh:I didn't know that there was supposed to be so much curve in your neck! I saw what a "normal" spine is supposed to look like, then compared it to mine....

Now I go to see him 3 times a week for 4 weeks.

It helps that he has really gorgeous eyes and is handsome, too! :icon_redface:

I love my chiropractor also. I see mine once a month unless something comes up then I see him in between. But after I see him I just feel so much better. When I first started to see him it was 3xs a week also. I love the table I get put on it goes up and down and it helps to start the cracking process.

When he explained that its not my bones cracking its the gas in between the bones I said ohhhhhhhh its like my bones are farting LOL. He got quite a chuckle out of that one.
