I am so tired. So *@^$%# tired.

I'm eating reasonably well.
I'm sleeping reasonably well.
I'm taking my vitamins just about every day.
I'm just so tired. Confused, foggy, drowsy, lethargic...

What am I missing?
I don't want to go to the doctor if I don't have to. Doctors cost money and all the spare change I have is going toward therapy.

I might be getting my diurnal inversion again. Doesn't matter how long I sleep at night, I don't feel awake until around 4PM. I can still go to sleep at my regular bedtime, but I'm still dragging through most of the day.

I just feel really stressed out and I want to sleep, sleep, sleep. The world is too damned big and there's too much to do. I can't get it all done when I'm this tired. I can't focus at work. I get confused at home. I forget things.

Light boxes are expensive aren't they?

The fatigue might be caused by depression then Kendyll

Yes it could be the depression or something else... Check out a book at the library called The Diet Cure by I think Julia Ross. I just checked it out last weekend and it is an interesting read...it talks about amino acids and things that could help with your fatigue... She also talks about the vitamins that are essential as well as when they should be taken daily.

Hope you find something that works for you... Are you eating enough protein?

Both depression and anxiety can cause fatigue. I know they do for me. Being constantly on high alert, and then depression etc on top. Well, it takes energy.
