I was at my primary care doctor yesterday and he was looking at my weight loss and asked me how I was doing it because I had been stuck at one weight for so long and then BAM all of sudden I started losing like gang busters. I seriously don't know how it happened but I am not complaining nor looking for how it happened just going with the flow of things. He asked me if it was my meds that was doing it and I said maybe but I wasn't sure. He just gave me a funny look like I think she's hiding something from me but I'm not sure.
I think he thinks I'm taking a supplement or on drugs or something so how would you handle this. I am just doing what I am supposed to be doing and the weight is coming off. I'm not doing something miraculous or popping a diet pill..I'm just doing what my nutrititionist says. I don't want him to worry about me doing something harmful so want to put his mind at ease so how would you approach the situation? Jbug
