I recently had shoulder repair surgery. I had a completely torn labrum and I also had a torn rotator cuff. I had pain in on the front side of my shoulder and I often dislocated it. I would look into seeing a orthopedic specialist if I were you. They will be able to do some stability tests and possibly an MRI to see if you have torn anything in there.
Hope it helps some!
Feel better!
Thanks for this!

The dislocation just started, when it is in it is fine, but when it is out I just want to cry! Do you know if there is any kind of brace out there that can help? I can't afford surgery right now....not for 9months at least because that is when my disability leave is approved for work. So I can get paid to be off work that is

I know there are some good braces out there to help keep it in space. I would suggest going to a pharmacy and asking the pharmacist that is working, tell them that you think you tore your labrum and that you need to find a good brace. They should be able to help you out.
