please i really need tips or ideas
this cold got me really congested in nose an sinuses and i feel in a haze and pounding headache that esp hurts when i walk or move head to much and very sore throat an no appetite and feel weak __________________ [/SIGPIC]Crazydancinggirl87(CDG87)  )
