I never found anything that helped other than reducing stress. Actually, reducing stress caused the cramping to be decreased some months, but didn't stop the growth of the tumors. I ended up with a hysterectomy by choice at age 33 when my uterus was the size of a 6-month pregnancy and I was in pain for 3 weeks out of every month. Sorry to not have anything better to tell you.
